Today I am sharing one of my favorite tools I use with the couples I work with.

The Imago Dialogue comes from Helen Hunt and Harville Hendrix's research and work and they are the creators of Imago Relationship Therapy.

It is an incredible communication tool to help you listen to understand and not just to listen to respond.
